We seek to help veteran families overcome immediate barriers to achieving or maintaining self-sufficiency.
Summit Veteran Family Services is a Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC) program helping families overcome immediate barriers to achieving or maintaining self-sufficiency. We assist families in overcoming these barriers through rapid re-housing services, case management, temporary financial assistance, financial support resources, healthcare referrals, and connecting individuals with community resources.

WHO WE SERVE
Summit Veteran Family Services serves veterans with children under the age of 18. Eligibility for enrollment with Summit Veteran Family Services includes:
- Summit County residency
- Veteran with at least one minor child
- Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Low income (200% federal poverty limit)
