Center of Hope and Kent Social Services’ Holiday Food Drive

Family & Community Services, Inc.

Many of our neighbors struggle to meet their basic needs and are unfortunately, facing hunger on a daily basis. Of the almost 500,000 food pantry recipients that Kent Social Services and Center of Hope serve each month, almost 50% are children. This holiday season with your support, Center of Hope and Kent Social Services is working to make sure that families don’t have to worry about where their next meal.

From now until December 6th, donations of non-perishable foods such as Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Canned Vegetables, Canned Fruit, Canned Sweet Potatoes/ Yams, Canned or Boxed Potatoes, Gravy, Jello, Cake Mix, Muffin Mix, Soup, Chicken Broth, Rice, Pasta, Apple Sauce are welcomed. Additionally, donations of toy, wrapping paper, turkey or gift cards from Walmart, Target, Five Below, Giant Eagle and Acme would be greatly appreciated. Contributions can be taken to the Center of Hope or Kent Social Services anytime during regular business hours. Please do not donate food that is expired.

The Center of Hope and Kent Social Services are programs of Family & Community Services, Inc, and greatly appreciate the support and generosity of the community over the years.
