The Lorain County Valor Home is Teaming up with The Music on a Mission Band and Pogie’s Catering to bring an Oktoberfest buffet benefit and concert to Amherst, Ohio.

The Valor Home of Lorain County is a transitional housing program for homeless male veterans. They help the residents through structured and engaging therapies such as art, music and life skills therapy on-site four days a week. Their support workers offer advocacy and encouragement to the residents.

Schedule:

• 5:00 Doors open
• 5:30 – 7:30 Dinner
• Cash bar until 9 PM
• Live music from Music on a Mission

Dinner:

• Herb roasted chicken
• Beer brats w/ caramelized onions
• Smoked kielbasa w/ bacon & beer ‘kraut
• Cabbage & noodles w/ bacon & onions
• Sides & Desserts
